At last, Handmade Jewellery is branching out! A new office and studio will be opening shortly in Peterborough UK. From here, website purchases will be mailed out, and new designs photographed and uploaded in the run-up to Christmas. I am so excited to now have two spaces (Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire and Peterborough, Cambridgeshire) in which creativity can flow, not to mention yet another valuable tea making spot! 

In March 2012, I will exhibiting again in Melton Mowbray, after the success of the last exhibition. Thanks again to everyone who showed their support. Then in April, I will be open to visitation in both studios, for when that wonderful wedding season begins.

Cambridgeshire based gown boutique Swanky Rags is currently branching out into designer wedding wear and Handmade Jewellery will be adorning the brides to be with co-ordinating, bespoke and specially designed freshwater pearl pieces. 

The great thing about freshwater pearls is that they do not catch or snag on satin, silk or other fabrics commonly used for bridal gowns. Freshwater pearls are durable, surprisingly light weight and have a beautiful and unique lustre rarely captured by other materials. 

The pieces on sale are exclusive to Swanky Rags and will not be available on the website.
